Ride24 LLC respects the privacy of every patient we serve. We protect health information shared during ambulance transport, including dispatch details, patient care records, transfer documents, and billing information.
Our employees may access patient information only for their assigned work. We use approved systems and safeguards to protect records, limit unnecessary sharing, and support safe communication with the health care providers involved in a patient’s care. Employees must report suspected privacy or security incidents promptly.
We may use or share health information for treatment, payment, health care operations, and other purposes permitted or required by law. Additional protections may apply to certain records. Patients may request access to their records, ask for corrections, request confidential communications, and raise privacy concerns.
